Electricity & cooking gas is included in the price. Oil fired central heating is charged if required at £1 per litre of fuel used. Logs will be charged at 5E per day. Free landline calls can be made from the fixed landline but we ask that you refrain from making calls to mobile or premium numbers. Free WiFi is included in the price.

Arrival time is not before 3pm. Please do not arrive any earlier as the house will not be ready for you. Final day departure is 10am. Please leave the house as clean and tidy on departure as on arrival. If you would prefer, we can arrange for the house to be cleaned at a cost of £80. If you will be arriving later than 8pm please telephone to let us know so a key holder can be available.
